Well, it all started when the sad news of the passing away of popular actress Mishti Mukherjee due to kidney failure had circulated. According to a statement, due to keto diet, the actress’ kidney failed in Bangalore and she breathed her last on Friday (October 2) night.
Post which a lot of reports were floating which actually confused themselves and mistakenly stated another actress with a similar name - Mishti Chakraborthy had died. However, the actress has now taken to her Instagram and clarified.
Sharing a screenshot of such report, she clarified, “According to few #mediareports, I died today. By God’s grace I am hale and hearty and have a long way to go guys" and also stated that it was a fake news.
For the unversed, Mishti Chakraborthy had made her Kollywood debut in the 2018 film 'Semma Botha Aagathey' which featured Atharvaa. She had hit the headlines when she had accused actress Kangana Ranaut of cutting off her scenes in 'Mahakarnika'.
