The talented actor was last seen in the comedy horror film 'Annabelle Sethupathi', directed by Deepak Sundarrajan, is awaiting the release of 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal' starring Nayanthara and Samantha in prominent roles.
Vijay Sethupathi's production house took to twitter today, October 1, to announce that his upcoming film 'Mugizh' will have its theatrical release on October 8. Directed by debutant Karthik S, the film also stars Regina Cassandra, and Vijay Sethupathi's daughter Sreeja, who is making her acting debut in this movie.
The 62-minute-long film is touted to be a children’s film with a realistic approach. The film revolves around a 12-year-old girl and her family. The movie is Produced by Vijay Sethupathi's home banner Vijay Sethupathi Productions. The music is scored by Revaa, editing is by Govindaraj, and cinematography by Sathya Ponmar.
Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi is working on Kamal Haasan's much-awaited 'Vikram' starring Kamal and Fahadh Faasil. His 'Kadaisi Vivasayi', a rural-drama is also awaiting release. He also has Vetrimaaran's 'Viduthalai', Seenu Ramasamy's 'Maa Manithan', 'Article 19(1)(A)', Ranjit Jeyakodi's 'Michael' and an untitled series with 'Family Man' makers Raj and DK. The 'Super Deluxe' actor making his Bollywood debut with 'Mumbaikar', which is the remake of Tamil movie 'Maanagaram' (2017).
