Popular video jockey, Anjana Rangan gave birth to a baby boy recently, who was named Rudraksh. After taking up this new phase of being a mother, the talented VJ took to her Instagram space to emphasize on the importance of breastfeeding. She shared a beautiful message about the same, through her Instagram post.

She said, "Its world breastfeeding week! Being a new mom, all I can tell you is that breast milk is the best gift that you can give to your baby! Its liquid gold! There is no better nutrition and immunity booster! #BreastFeed your baby for atleast 1 year"
