Actor Vishal has released an important statement now, discussing about his R.K.Nagar nomination rejection and his future political plans.
"My decision to contest in the R.K.Nagar election and to file the nomination was taken by me, for the well being and the goodness of the people around here. But due to the influence of the big political powers, the democracy has been defeated, and as a result, my nomination got rejected. Though my nomination has been rejected, I will continue to fight for the people. There's a rumour stating that I am supporting a particular political party. I haven't released any statement about it, and I haven't decided about it too. I am responsible to thank all my fans, public, media, and honest political leaders, who extended their support for me, against the odds.
I will announce my next political move very soon. I would like to place a request to the current Tamil Nadu Government. RK Nagar elections is important for you, agreed. But, do consider about the plight of the fishermen, who are protesting in Kanyakumari. Please meet them and listen to their requests, and fulfill it. Even, the people of R.K.Nagar are expecting the same. This will bring a good name to you. I place this request on behalf of R.K.Nagar people and the Kanyakumari fishermen.
