Tamil Film Producers Council’s President and Nadigar Sangam’s General Secretary Vishal is planning to foray into politics by contesting in the upcoming RK Nagar by-election.

According to the report from Vishal's manager, the actor will be contesting as an independent candidate in RK Nagar by-election, and he will be filing his nomination day after tomorrow on December 4.
