Rajinikanth, our very own Superstar of Kollywood's current project is, as you know, the Siva directorial movie Annaatthe. A few months before, when Rajinikanth was participating in Annaatthe’s shooting in Hyderabad, his health took a beating. He had fluctuations in BP, post which he spent a few days in a hospital and shooting was called off.
After a couple of months’ rests, shooting kick-started again in Hyderabad. It was known recently that Rajinikanth is flying abroad for medical purposes. He was approved by the centre to fly in a special plane. Now, a snap of Superstar taken lately abroad is going viral on social media - Check it out here:
