Chiyaan Vikram's Saamy Square, that hit the screens yesterday (September 21) has taken a good opening at the box office.
 

According to the Behindwoods Box Office Analysis Wing, this Hari directorial has collected an approximate of Rs 64 lakhs, at the Chennai Box Office on its first day. As for the Tamil Nadu Box Office collections, Saamy Square is said to have collected around Rs 5.2 crores.

Chiyaan Vikram's star power and the brand value of Saamy has helped the film take a good opening at the box office. We will have to wait until Monday, to know about the film's box office performance in its first weekend.
