Actor Vikram's daughter Akshita wed Manu Ranjith on October 30 in an event, which was celebrated in a grand fashion. Apart from family-only functions, the ace actor, along with the newlyweds, also met thousands of fans in a public reception event.

Overwhelmed by the public's warm wishes, Vikram has uploaded a cheerful video on his social media, thanking them. His delight, at his fans not having minded the heavy rains and floods to visit the event and wish the couple, is evident.
