After the success of the sports-action drama Bigil, Vijay will be playing the protagonist of 'Kaithi' director Lokesh Kanagaraj's forthcoming film Master. Featuring an ensemble cast that include Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Andrea in pivotal roles.
Recently, the new look of Vijay in Master has surfaced, which featured the actor sporting a trimmed beard and moustache, along with the film's leading lady Malavika Mohanan. A few days back, veteran lensman and the actress' father K.U. Mohanan had also visited the sets of Master.
On the technical front, Master is shot by Sathyan Sooryan while Philomin Raj handles the editing department. Produced by XB Film Creators, in association with Lalit Kumar's Seven Screen Studio, Master is set to release on April this year. Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi's combination scenes are expected to be filmed on the second week of February.
