According to the latest news that is doing the rounds, actor Vijay is said to have made a hefty donation for Kerala flood relief. When we checked with our sources close to the actor, they said, “Vijay is in touch with all the flood relief camps through his Kerala fan clubs, and has been donating funds in installments depending upon the needs of each camp.

The total amount of funds that Vijay has donated so far might have been even more than what is speculated online. Since no one keeps a track of the amount, we cannot say how much Vijay has contributed till date.”

Vijay's PRO Riaz has also released an official statement regarding the same - "Vijay distributed 3 Lakhs each to his VMI Fanclubs In 15 districts and delivered the things through 15 lorries to the 12 affected districts in Kerala.

The 15 lorries he sent for flood relief contained items such as rice, dal, sugar, wheat flour, biscuits, bedsheets, sanitary napkins and milk powder."
