Southern heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda, considered as one of the best performers of this year with his acting in the Bharat Kamma-directed romantic drama Dear Comrade. The actor was praised for the chemistry he shared with the film's lead actress Rashmika Mandanna.
The actor received the Behindwoods Gold Medals 2019 - Best actor in lead role for his performance in Dear Comrade. In a special interview to VJ Nikki at the red carpet of the event, the 'Arjun Reddy' star candidly spoke about his fluency in Tamil language, his craft and the one thing he would like to steal from Kannada sensation Yash.
The actor admitted that his proficiency in Tamil is not as good as that of her 'Geetha Govindam' co-star Rashmika Mandanna. When asked about if there is anything he wanted to steal from Yash, the actor said "Prashanth Neel, the director of K.G.F." Vijay also admitted that he has some plans to do the third part of K.G.F.
Vijay Deverakonda said that he likes to work with Suriya, Dhanush and Karthi. Vijay believed that he will be taking up small roles if he were to work with stars like Vijay, Ajith or Rajinikanth, which he doesn't want to do. The actor concluded with a message for his female fans in Tamil Nadu, and Vijay Deverakonda has only two words- "ennoda anbu (my love)".
