Director Vetri Maaran, known for his rooted themes and raw filmmaking style, was last seen directing the feature film - Asuran that had Dhanush, Manju Warrier, Teejay, Ken Karunas, Pasupathy, and others in crucial roles. For the unversed, he had also directed a segment in the Netflix anthology, Paava Kadhaigal.
He has a bunch of projects in his kitty next, which also includes an upcoming film with Soori titled Viduthalai, another project with Suriya which is titled as Vaadivaasal. The recently bagged - Adhigaaram in which the director has teamed up with Raghava Lawrence and a yet-to-be-titled film featuring Andrea Jeremiah in the lead under Vetri Maaran’s home banner Grass Root Film Company.
We had earlier revealed the news that Vetri Maaran is in Dindigul to lock location for Soori and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Viduthalai’s next schedule which is planned to start from mid of next week. And now, we have a confirmed shoot plan of this upcoming film!
Sources close to us have confirmed that the next shooting will start today (September 6)at Sirumalai, Dindigul and this schedule has been planned for 15 days. Watch this space for more hot updates!
