Venkat Prabhu was all the while busy filming his eighth directorial venture, Party, with his whole cast and crew in Fiji. The team wrapped up the shoot in Fiji a few days back, and they are on their way back home to Chennai.
 

Venkat Prabhu tweeted, "After 70 days in #fiji now chilling in #Singapore can’t wait to get back home this Monday!!! #partywithvp #vp8 #weekendinsingapore". When one of the fans asked Venkat Prabhu about Jai and Premgi's drunk and drive, accident issue, VP replied to that tweet on a lighter note by saying, "Adhu kulla #party movie promotions arambichituaangala 😂😂"

Party ensembles an array of big star cast which includes, Shiva, Jai, Kayal Chandran, Regina Cassandra, Nivetha Pethuraj, Sanchita Shetty, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Jayaram, and others. The remaining portions of the movie are expected to be shot in Chennai in the coming days.
