Actor Vemal and Oviya’s film together is the sequel to the hit film Kalavani. Directed by Sarkunam, Kalavani 2’s shoot has begun today (February 6) in Thanjavur. In an exclusive chat with Behindwoods, talking about the sequel experience, Vemal said:

“It is very exciting to act in a sequel and it is even more special for me as it is the sequel to the movie which gave me a break. Kalavani 2 has been planned for a single schedule of 55 days and I am so happy to be working on it. Today the shoot has kickstarted in Thanjavur.”
