Rajinikanth is now on a spree by signing films with the young and talented generation of directors. He worked on two consecutive films with Ranjith and was signed on to play the lead in Karthik Subbaraj's next. 

We have had many huge announcements regarding the cast and crew of this film. It includes the likes of Anirudh for music and Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddique, Simran, Bobby Simhaa and many others as part of the cast. 

Now, another huge announcement comes in from Sun Pictures as they reveal that Trisha has also signed this film! This will be the first time Trisha will be sharing screen-space with Superstar Rajini. 

It is to be noted that the team has already completed a schedule of shoot in North India and are expected to shoot in places like Madurai and Chennai very soon.
