DMK leader, legendary screenwriter, poet and politician, M. Karunanidhi has been ailing from an urinary tract infection since last week and a lot of stars are visiting Kauvery Hospital in Alwarpet, Chennai to enquire about the status of his health. A few of them include actor Vijay, Sarath Kumar, CM Edappadi Palaniswamy etc.,

The latest to join the bandwagon is actor Ajith. The Vivegam actor, who is busy with Viswasam, his next film with Siruthai Siva, took some time off his schedule and managed to meet Karunanidhi. Also present along with them was Udhayanidhi Stalin, whose father MK Stalin is the working president of DMK.

Viswasam is progressing at a good pace and the makers are planning for an early 2019 release. This would be the fourth film that Ajith is doing with Siva after Veeram, Vedalam and Vivegam. The movie has Nayanthara as the female lead. The venture is bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films.
