T Siva, a popular producer in Tamil Cinema, has released a video invite that has been circulated on social media, in which he has said:

"Dear producers, greetings. Today, (December 28), a meeting at the T Nagar Social Club has been arranged to happen at 6 PM. It is a consultation meeting for all us producers, but not an average, everyday meeting.

The meeting has not been convened to act against any single person or organization. It is also not on behalf of any group or entity. Therefore, I ask you all to attend the meeting.

The current state of cinema, producers and the producers' council are all things that need to be discussed. We should find a solution to bring about order and harmony, so it is important that everyone voice their suggestions."
