Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise has left all of us heartbroken. The actor was found to be unresponsive to calls of the domestic help on the afternoon of June 14. When his door was broken into, all that was left was an unexpected shock. Now, the post-mortem report is here and it states asphyxia (oxygen being cut off to the body) by hanging as cause of death.
While no suicide note has been left, a family member of Sushant has alleged foul play into the incident, which has been decimated by the Mumbai Police. The actor’s laptop and mobile phone are in possession of the cops for further investigation.
It has been reported that the actor was taking treatment for depression. Sushant has been known for his performances in films such as MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and Chhichhore amongst others and his demise is surely a devastating loss not just for the industry but for scores of people for whom the young actor had served as a role model to.
