It has been revealed that Suriya will play an extended cameo – an advocate – in TJ Gnanavel’s next which is produced by 2D Entertainment. TJ Gnanavel is notably known for the film Kootathil Oruvan.
Suriya was last seen in Amazon Prime Release Soorarai Pottru which opened to rave reviews. It told the story of Captain GR Gopinath and his struggles to get a low-cost airline going. The feature was directed by Sudha Kongara.
On the work front, Suriya has several exciting projects. He is joining hands with Vetrimaaran for the first time in Vaadivaasal that is to be produced by Kalaipuli S Thaani. He also has a feature with Pandiraj that is produced by Sun Pictures.
He is also a part of Netflix anthology film Navarasa in which he joins hands with Gautham Vasudev Menon with whom he had collaborated in the past on Vaaranam Aayiram and Kaakha Kaakha.
