A BIG CHANGE IN VIJAY - AR MURUGADOSS FILM?

Though we have not got any official confirmation regarding Vijay 62, it is more than certain that Ilayathalapathy would most likely be teaming up with AR Murugadoss for the 3rd time after Thuppakki and Kaththi.

Other cast and crew details have not been finalized yet. AR Murugadoss is expected to concentrate on this project once he is done with his ongoing Telugu/Tamil bilingual film Spyder.

Earlier it was said that Lyca Productions would be funding this untitled 62nd film of Vijay. But our sources reveal that Sun Pictures is now the front-runner to produce this venture. We are told that nothing is finalized and there are also possibilities of Sun Pictures and Lyca jointly producing it.

It must be noted that Sun Pictures has associated with 2 Vijay films till now. This would be there 3rd collaboration with Ilayathalapathy if the deal gets signed.
