Post the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in Bollywood, talks of Nepotism has gained a lot of attention than usual. Recently some actors in Kollywood such as Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Vishnu Vishal, Natty and others spoke about quite a similar concept - groupism.

While speaking about it, Natty had said that though we don't know if Nepotism exists or not, groupism does. He also questioned who is that someone who decides who gets what roles. Supporting the statement, Shanthnu said that Nepotism does exist, but it's groupism that decides with whom we should work with. 

Now, Suresh Kamatchi has come up with a statement regarding groupism amongst producers. He says, "Groupism is not only in Bollywood but in Kollywood too. We don't know for sure whether it exists amongst the actors, but it definitely exists amongst producers. That is why some of the veteran and legendary producers have been sidelined."

"Some producers have this selfish belief that only they should live, and joining hands with others, spoiling the lives of many..."
