The film is being produced by Narayan Das Narang, Sunil Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao and Suresh Babu under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, Suresh Productions and Shanti Talkies. Sonali presents the nerve film. Composed by S Thaman, Arun Viswa co-produces.
The final shoot of the film is underway. The producers have recently announced that Prince will be released worldwide on August 31st on Ganesha Chaturthi Day in Telugu and Tamil.
