One among the forthcoming films of Simbu is Maanadu, directed by Venkat Prabhu. Expectations are high for this film and fans would be hoping to see it in theatres as STR’s Easwaran, directed by Suseenthiran, had released for Pongal 2021 alongside Vijay's Master.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music for the film which will also star SJ Suryah, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Premji Amaran, Karunakaran, SA Chandrasekhar and others alongside Simbu. It has been announced that the full song of the first single from the film will be released today (June 21) at 7.30 pm.
