Bankrolled by Venkatesh Velineni, Suriya's 2D Entertainment presented 'Sillu Karupatti'. Directed by Halitha Shameem, this anthology film features Samuthirakani, Sunainaa, Leela Samson, Baby Sarah Arjun, 'Kaala' Manikandan, 'Magalir Mattum' Nivedhitha Sathish, and others.
The film served as the debut of martial arts teacher and actor ‘Krav Maga’ Sreeram. According to reports, actor Sreeram passed away due to a freak accident at his house, when he fell down and suffered injuries. He passed away at the age of 60.
He had held training sessions for police personnel in Tamil Nadu, including in Chennai. Also, he has apparently been hailed as one of the celebrity trainers for actors like Amala Paul and Anurag Kashyap. His Sillukarupatti co-star Sunainaa has shared a post remembering him - Check it out below:
