People from both silver screen and small screen have expressed shock and are pouring their condolence messages. It is reported that the actor-VJ died due to cancer.

Ananda Kannan was very popular in the 90s and early 2000 with his variety of shows on TV and acting on silver screen. He had also conducted many shows abroad.
