Sasikumar's rural action entertainer has been speculated to release for Diwali 2017 along with Mersal. The makers who kept it quiet all this while have finally made it official through their latest Diwali release poster.

In spite of the Mersal storm, Kodi Veeran might get a decent number of screens especially in rural sides of Tamil Nadu. The teaser and NR Raghunanthan's songs for Kodi Veeran will be out by tomorrow, 30th of September.
