Superstar Rajinikanth had recently starred as the lead in Petta, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The film was received on a positive note among the fans and audience. It is a known fact that he will be joining hands with A.R.Murugadoss for his next film. Meanwhile, here’s a massive official announcement on the film.
Santosh Sivan, who had worked with Murugadoss in films like Thuppakki and Spyder, is all set to be the DOP in this untitled flick with Rajini. It is to be noted that Santosh Sivan had previously worked with Rajini in Mani Ratnam’s Thalapathy, which released in 1991.
An excited Santosh took to Twitter to share the news. He said, “Finally very excited to work with Rajini Sir after Thalapathy”. Santosh Sivan was also a part of Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, which released last year, with a huge positive response from the audience.
