Sameera Reddy has become more confident than before as far as her appearance is concerned because she embraces the change that her motherhood gave her. Recently, she delivered a speech on how diffident people made her feel, about her bodily changes- prepartum and postpartum, and also shared how she got out of the frustration later.
Being a mother, she wants to share her journey to other women who would have faced or are facing something similar, so that, they might get to know it is normal and okay to change physically over time.
Now, she has shared a video on Instagram in which she gives some tips to all mothers to make their quarantine cooking easier. In the beginning of the video, she said that she doesn't care about people trolling her for white hair and added that she prefers being real. Watch the video!
