Lady Superstar Nayanthara had kickstarted this year with the release of Superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar that had hit the big screens last month. Post which she was busy shooting for her next interesting project.
Titled as Mookuthi Amman, RJ Balaji has written the story, screenplay, dialogues and will also be directing the same with NJ Saravanan. The film which is touted to be a Summer 2020 release, is in its post-production stage.
RJ Balaji had earlier said that Nayanthara has decided to turn vegetarian while shooting Mookuthi Amman too like how the actress did for Sri Rama Rajyam. And also says that his entire team will follow the vegetarian diet during the film’s making.
During the Behindwoods Gold Medals 2019, RJ Balaji who had received the medal - "Best Wholesome Entertainer" for his film L.K.G., had shared that some of them had asked the director that they had seen social media posts where Nayanthara was having Turkey biriyani but it was said that she turned vegetarian for the movie. He quashed the rumours in style about it. Watch -
