Superstar Rajinikanth's 2.0 directed by Shankar is all set to release on November 29. With just 10 days to go for the release of this grand spectacle, Rajinikanth has come out with a statement to curb one of the long-standing issues in Tamil cinema.

Sales of tickets for higher rates in the black market is something that has been witnessed by film-goers for many years. Prior to the release of his next, Rajini has condemned this act.

Through a recent statement from VM Sudhakar of the All India Rajinikanth Fans Club, Rajinikanth has said that the tickets that have been purchased for the fan club should not be sold to anyone outside the club, without a membership.

He also added, that not a penny over the actual rate of the ticket fixed by the government, should be taken from the fans. This comes after many tickets are being sold in black at exorbitant rates for big-star films.
