Director Quentin Tarantino has reportedly given the nod to do a film for Sony Pictures next. Apparently, according to Hollywood media, this new Tarantino project is set to deal with a period in Los Angeles that had the Manson murder spree (1969).
Reports also suggest that, he has asked Margot Robbie to play Sharon Tate and that he has been in discussion for two male leads with top actors like Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt. However, the casting equation is said to be at an early stage and that nothing is finalized. The release date proposed for this untitled project is August 9, 2019, which happens to be the 50th death anniversary of Sharon Tate.
