Director and actor Prabhu Deva have signed a sequel to his 2002 starrer Charlie Chaplin, and it is expected to be named as Charlie Chaplin 2. Nikki Galrani and Tanya Ravichandran of Karuppan will play the female leads.

The movie will be directed by Sakthi Chidambaram who directed the first part and will be bankrolled by Amma Creations Siva. The shoot will begin on November 9 in Goa.
