Nakul Thampi is a young actor who debuted into cinema with Pathinettam Padi that featured Mammootty, Prithiviraj, and Arya in extended cameo roles. The Mollywood film was directed by Shankar Ramakrishnan and it was bankrolled by Arya and Santhosh Sivan's August Pictures.
The 20-year-old actor Nakul was critically injured in an accident that happened around a month ago. Right now, he is under treatment at Velammal Hospital, Madurai. A private bus had crashed in the car in which the actor was travelling with his friend.
Now, Nakul's friends and family have requested help to the public due to a tight financial situation. According to the fund-raiser site, the money required is 12 lakhs in 15 days and fortunately, they have raised the amount required. Let us hope for his speedy recovery soon.
