1. Vishnu Vishal - Amala Paul starrer Ratchasan, directed by 'Mundasupatti' fame Ram, has been censored with a 'U/A' certificate by the CBFC. The film's release date will be officially announced by the makers very soon.

2. Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has crooned his voice for a breezy melody number in Jai's Jarugandi, produced by actor Nithin Sathya and directed by Pitchumani. Jarugandi's music is scored by Bobo Shashi.

3. Debutant Mari Selvaraj's Pariyerum Perumal, featuring Kathir and Kayal Anandhi in the lead roles has been announced to release on September 28, clashing alongside Mani Ratnam's multistarrer Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. The songs, composed by Santhosh Narayanan, will release on September 9.
