Peranbu is director Ram's next film after Taramani, that has Mammootty, Sadhana and Anjali in the lead roles. With music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, and cinematography by Theni Eshwar, the film is produced by PL Thenappan.
The makers have released a new promo video that has Mammootty imitating a puppy in order to keep his daughter happy.
