Popular actress Namitha debuted in Tamil with Captain Vijayakanth's 'Engal Anna' and the actress enthralled the audience with her memorable performances in various films including Englishkaran, Bambara Kannaley, Azhagiya Thamizhan, and Billa among others.
Namitha re-gained her popularity by participating in the first season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss Tamil. She is also known for judging various popular reality shows like 'Maanaada Mayilada' and 'Dance Jodi Dance'.
The actress recently shared a post on her official Instagram handle that elucidates on the sufferings some animals go through when they are deprived of their natural habitat, by keeping them at zoos.
"You See, Now You Understand! I never support Zoos, nor will I ever Encourage anyone to go! Just a few days in curfew and how we all feel restless and desperate to get out." stated Namitha's caption. She added that we need to stop caging them and let them live in their natural habitat. Namitha ended her heartfelt emotional note by saying "Animals live with us, not for us".
