M.S. Dhoni is one of the most popular cricket players across the world and has a large fan base for his demeanor on and off the field.
The CSK player’s daughter Ziva Singh Dhoni has been in the limelight since her birth and the father-daughter duo can often be seen sharing quality time together and bonding.
Recently, a post was shared by Ziva’s parents on Instagram about how they saved a bird’s life during their lockdown. Along with pictures of the little bird being held by Dhoni, the caption narrates the incident in the most adorable way possible.
The caption reads, “Today in the evening on my lawn I saw a bird lying unconscious. I shouted for papa and mumma. Papa held the bird in his hand and made her have some water. After some time, it opened its eyes. All of us were very happy. We placed her in a basket on top of some leaves. Mumma told me it is a crimson-breasted Barbet and is also called Coppersmith. What a pretty, pretty little bird. Then suddenly it flew off. I wanted it to stay, but mumma told me she has gone to her mom. I am sure I will see her again!”
Ziva Singh Dhoni was born to Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Sakshi Singh in 2015.
