We had earlier reported that director R Kannan, who recently tasted success with his action entertainer, Ivan Thanthiran starring Gautham Karthik, will be starting a new project starring Atharvaa. We contacted the director to find out more about the developments in the project, and this is what he had to say:

"We have roped in actress Megha Akash to play the female lead, as a Viscom student. Shooting will be happening in Kaladaikurichi, Hyderabad, and Chennai. I am producing the film, and RJ Balaji is almost on board. RK Selva will be working on the cuts for the movie, while Prasanna Kumar, the DOP of Ivan Thanthiran will be handling the lens for this film too. Stunt Silva has also signed the project."
