Actor Vikram is, no doubt, one of the most talented stars Kollywood has ever seen. His strenous hardwork, choice of roles and brilliant execution of his characters is what makes him everyone's beloved Chiyaan. Wellknown actor and Master movie fame Sriman has shared an emotional statement about how Vikram has influenced his acting career.
Though Sriman began his film career as a child artiste in 1975 Telugu film Bangara Manushulu, He was spotted by director Vikraman and gave him a supporting role in his Tamil debut film Pudhiya Mannargal. He enacted a supporting role in the Vijay-starrer Love Today, which he considers as a "turning point in his career".
Vikram is indeed special to actor Sriman. Vikram was the lead character in his tamil debut Pudhu Mannargal. Similarly, both the actors share a good and special friendship, which is evident in the movie Sethu, which won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil, also earning the title Chiyaan for Vikram.
After almost 18 years, the actors reappeared together for Sketch in 2018. Sharing a memory of the movie release, Sriman tweeted, "@chiyaanCVF @vijayfilmaker
Three years back same day, unforgettable role in Sketch with my loving brother chiyaan vikram (KENNY) he taught me small small nuances in acting, he was my coach in 90tees, love you vikramNA-thanks for the great chance given by DIR-vijaychander Sir."
