Mansoor Ali Khan, who was present at the press meet of Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Saravanan Irukka Bayamaen, addressed the crowd about his thoughts on Baahubali 2 and director SS Rajamouli. The actor who was immensely impressed by the film which made him cry, also had a couple of disappointments. This is what Mansoor said:
“There is no denying the fact that Baahubali 2 was an epic film. In fact, I cried in a couple of scenes when I was taken aback by the acting of Sathyaraj and Ramya Krishnan. But my only main concern was that, since Rajamouli speaks Tamil so fluently and the film is doing crores of business in Tamil Nadu, Baahubali 2 was not shot in Tamil Nadu at all. It could’ve been shot here as well and the next disappointment is that no technicians and junior artists from Tamil Nadu were used in the film. For a film as big as Baahubali, thousands of people would have gotten employment from Tamil Nadu. But this was not put to use by director SS Rajamouli and it could have been implemented.”
