Atharvaa's next film Boomerang directed by Jayam Kondan and Ivan Thanthiran fame R Kannan. The film has an interesting array of co-stars including Megha Akash, Sathish, RJ Balaji, Upen Patel, and Suhasini Maniratnam.

This action entertainer will have music by 'Arjun Reddy' fame Radhan and cinematography by Prasanna S Kumar.

The audio and trailer launch event of Boomerang will take place tomorrow on the August 3rd. Ace director Mani Ratnam will be the chief guest for tomorrow's event. It must be noted that Kannan was a former assistant of Mani Ratnam.

A few days back, there were rumours that Mani Ratnam was admitted to the hospital following a heart attack. But later the director's spokesperson clarified it was just a medical check-up. Now, with Mani Ratnam attending the audio launch of Boomerang clarifies that he is in good health.
