The Super Singer is one of the most successful shows on Vijay TV for many years. Having successfully aired for 7 seasons so far, the 8th season of the Super Singer show is currently being aired. Singer Chitra and singer Shankar Mahadevan are the judges. Many of the talents who had participated in the show have now become quite popular playback singers in the film industry.

Change of Hosts

A new change has been made in this season's Super Singer show. Priyanka and Kuraishi are seen hosting in the new promo of the Super Singer Season 8. Looks like the latter has replaced Ma Ka Pa Anand, who usually hosts the show, this time which has left fans a bit confused as to what might be the reason.
