Thala Ajith will be essaying the police officer's role in director H. Vinoth's upcoming action-thriller Valimai. The film marks the actor-director duo's second project under Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP banner post the 2019 courtroom drama Nerkonda Paarvai.
The film has also retained the music director Yuvan Shankar Raja and DOP Nirav Shah for this upcoming flick. The team has canned important sequences in locales including Chennai and Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City.
A couple of days ago, Suresh Chandra had issued a statement, in which it was stated that the very hard-working Ajith Kumar and producer Boney Kapoor would surely give an update of the film together. Until then, he had requested the fans to kindly be patient.
