Costume designer and stylist Komal Shahani is fresh from working on Vijay’s Mersal. She has previously worked on films like Thuppaki, Jilla and 180. Talking about a particular time when Vijay and Atlee had to wait for her, she said:

“Working on Mersal was one of the best experiences till date. I was delivering my baby when work related to the film was going on. They were so sweet and everything was so planned. I became a huge fan of Vijay sir ever since I started observing him on sets. He is an amazing human being and a fantastic actor and I wish to work with him in his forthcoming films too.”
