After the success of their latest hit - Maanaadu, both STR and director Venkat Prabhu are busy with their respective upcoming projects. The filmmaker is currently engaged with the works of his next which is subtitled as ‘A Venkat Prabhu Quickie’.
Titled as Manmatha Leelai, the film features Ashok Selvan in the lead while Riya Suman, Samyukhta Hegde and Smruthi Venkat play the female leads. The film also features Premgi as the music composer.
As described by the filmmaker himself, the film will be a “fun quirky ride” and belongs to the adult comedy genre and it will have a generous dose of humour. Backed by Venkat Prabhu’s Black Ticket Company and T Muruganantham’s Rockfort Entertainment, the film’s interesting first look featuring Ashok Selvan was out earlier this year.
It was earlier announced that Kollywood’s Manmadhan (STR) would be unveiling a short glimpse from the film. And the romantic clip features Ashok involved in liplock scenes. Check out the short video here -
