Just sometime back, actress-turned-politician Khushbu Sundar had made the shift from the Congress to the Bharatiya Janata Party; earlier, she was associated with the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam.
Today, the actress-politician took a tour of Cuddalore as part of the Vel Yatra and told reporters that a call regarding her contesting the 2021 state assembly elections would be taken at a later date.
She also told reporters that BJP will do very well in the upcoming state elections. The former Congress spokesperson also evinced doubt that the accident that she met with in the morning could have been deliberate.
