As per the instruction given by the government of India, people observed quarantine throughout the day. Nobody has stepped out of their house which is indeed very commendable. It shows that people have taken this seriously.
The government also instructed the people to clap hands or ring bells being at their place, in order to show respect and appreciation to those doctors and nurses who risk their lives to save the lives of others.
