In 2017, we saw a lot of controversies regarding film censorship all over India. A number of films found it hard to hit the theaters due to the sensitive content that faced censorship issues.
This includes films like Padmaavat, Lipstick Under My Burkha and a few others. Now, a study has reportedly revealed that India tops the list of countries which have censored the most number of films in 2017.
It is said that 20% of the world's film censorship came from India. Isn't that shockingly huge?
