In recent times, web series have gained a good of popularity among audiences and the digital platform seems to be the next big thing. Following this, it is director Gautham Vasudev Menon who has stepped in next. We had reported earlier that his Ondraga Entertainment will be launching a web series.
The latest is that this web series has been titled ‘Weekend Machan’ and is supposed to be about 4 bachelors and their weekend plans time and again. Touted to be a fun and entertaining series, it is directed by Shameer Sultan with cinematography and editing by Mathan Gunadeva.
Shameer’s team had previously made the popular short film Naan 8, which won at our Behindwoods Gold Medal Awards as well. The teaser of Weekend Machan is to be launched by Gautham Menon tomorrow (September 10, 2017) through his Ondraga Entertainment channel and the first episode is expected to release in October.
