Gautham Karthik is currently on cloud 9 after the success of his recent release, Rangoon. The film was received very well by fans and critics alike. Now, along with RJ Balaji and Shraddha Srinath, he prepares for the release of his next flick, Ivan Thanthiran. R Kannan helms this project and SS Thaman composes the music.

The latest update is that the team has been touring cities in Tamil Nadu, to promote their film in the theaters. We got in touch with the distributor G Dhananjayan to find out what the team is up to, and he said, ''This is the first time a team has gone to 4 cities. We visited theaters and malls in Madurai, Tiruchy, Salem and Coimbatore and there was a great response. Gautham was mobbed by fans and there was a good response for the songs and the trailers''.

30th June is the date that has been locked by the makers and they seem to be all geared up for it.
